How to do squats. Stand up with both of your feet the same distance as the length of your shoulder from each other. Body straight and not slacking off. Lift your arms straight on a 90 degree angle in front of you while elbows are tucked in. Start the exercise by bending your knees down in front of you as you lower your glutes to the ground as low as your knees. Then go straight back up to the starting standing position with legs straight and arms still raised up. Then repeat. Inhale as you go down and exhale as you go up. A quick note: the lower you squat down the more benefitial this exercise will be.
