How to do Push Ups – Video

Every individual can do push ups differently. The basic way of doing a push up is by positioning yourself laying face down the floor with using your 2 hands and arms to push yourself away or elevating from the ground. You can either tuck your elbows or leave it wide open. Tucking your elbows will target your arm muscles more and wide elbows will target your chest muscles more. See video below:
